Want to feel as beautiful on the outside as you are on the inside… ignore the haters!!

It’s really easy to compare ourselves to the people around us making us feel less than. At the same time, it isn’t easy to look in the mirror every day and tell yourself that “You’re beautiful”. Even if at the end of the day you know you have a good heart and you know that you’re a good person, you can’t help but take a look into the mirror and judge every last inch of your face.

The first step to loving yourself unconditionally is like I said in the title, ‘ignoring the haters’. The easiest way to do this is to cut the toxicity out of your life. If there are people in your life who make you feel bad about yourself or piggyback on your flaws then you need them out of it. Not only does that keep your from appreciating yourself, but it makes you believe that there aren’t people out there who will actually support you and try and lift you up.

This may sound suprisinging, but if your happier, you’ll not only look but feel prettier. Studies say that a smile makes you way more attractive. Maybe in this moment your smiling and its forced, but when naturally you can smile and have it be genuine, others can feel that it’s real as well.

Start by looking in the mirror every morning and smile. I know some people may laugh at the idea of having post-its on your mirror reminding you how important or amazing you are, but sometimes if you can’t say it to yourself yet then it’s good to least if you can read it!

Self love takes time, even some people who claim to have achieved are still very far behind. When you can look in the mirror when your looking your worst and can still smile cause you know that not only are you beautiful but that today’s gonna be a good day. Then you know you’ve achieved it, you don’t need a full face of makeup to feel good about yourself.

Now you may be wondering what do I mean about saying today’s gonna be a good day? Now sure we all have shitty days lets be real, but it’s good to know that even if you work that day or if you started your day on 3 hrs of sleep, you can still appreciate the little things. Your still here, you had a bed to wake up in, and everyday is a blessing.

I can see you’ve made it to the end of this article, and are probably still wondering how do you feel as beautiful on the outside as you are on the inside. The answer is simple, just believe that you are. Believing goes a long way and in the end, others will see it. I mean have you seen the movie, “I feel pretty”. In all seriousness, confidence goes a long way, so take advantage of it, and start holding your head up high and walking into the room knowing not only do you feel good, but you look good too.
